About

Manoj Paudel — Founder, Aadhyanta Fund Management

Manoj Paudel builds capital architecture for frontier economies — the institutional structures through which financial, human, and institutional capital convert into productive growth. His work is grounded in Nepal and rests on a single proposition: that frontier markets hold more capital, talent, and institutional resources than their formal statistics reflect, and what they lack is the architecture that puts these capitals to productive use.

He is the Founder and Executive Chairperson of Aadhyanta Fund Management, a Kathmandu-based private equity and venture capital firm structured as a public-private partnership between Nepal’s leading commercial banks and private investors. Across PE/VC funds, special purpose vehicles, and strategic platforms, he has mobilised over USD 30 million across energy, technology, agriculture, and infrastructure.

He is the founder of Innovate Next Impact (IXI), a platform for entrepreneurship ecosystem development, and co-founder of Aadyanta Advisory, which partnered with the U.S. Embassy Nepal and AmCham Nepal to launch the Code for Impact nationwide tech hackathon.

He serves on the Executive Committee of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Nepal’s apex private sector body. He has advised governments, ministries, and international development organisations on investment, capital markets, and economic transformation.

A UK Chevening Scholar with an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an Australia Awards Alumnus, he lives and works in Kathmandu.
